The Top Three Ranking Factors Finally Revealed By Google

We are all wondering what are the most important factors when it comes to constructing the Google search ranking. Probably every SEO influenced person has a guess but now we finally have a concrete answer from a Google employee. For some of you this might be a surprise but the top three ranking factors when searching in Google are content, links and RankBrain. This was shared to the public by Andrey Lipattsev who is a Search Quality Senior Strategist at Google and happened one week ago in a Google hangout – Google Q&A.

Now, we must add that this is not the mandatory order, this question was raised by Ammon Johns. Andrey replied to the question that there is no order but the fact is that content and links that are pointing to your site are more important as factors, compared to RankBrain. As we know RankBrain was disclosed and you probably heard that it was the third most important ranking factor at Google. Well, the huge wondering (for those who wondered) on which are the first two is finally over and we can only wait and see how this will influence the SEO management, workflow and even the whole sector.
