Hosting Your PBN Sites Like An Assassin – How To Never Get Detected

Hosting is probably one of the biggest mistakes people make when they setup their private blog networks. Why? Because there’s a lot of incorrect information out there regarding the right way of hosting your PBN. So in this article, I will show you exactly how to host your PBN sites in away that they will never ever get detected, just like if you were a member of the Assassin’s Creed.

What You’ll Learn

The Importance Of Unique IP Addresses In Private Blog Networks

I’m sure that most people who are getting into the private blog network thing have wondered why they can’t just host all of their PBN sites on one hosting account or why they can’t use SEO hosting – and the answer to that is pretty obvious for most.

The problem is that your PBN would get detected faster than the speed of light (299,792,458 m/s). Why? Well, that’s pretty obvious as well. I mean, aside from the fact that all of the websites will point to the same nameservers, there’s also the problem of the IPs.

Now, I’m sure many have also heard of the term unique C-Block IP addresses but not all know what that means. So, let me start off this section by clarifying exactly this with a very simple example.

We all know how the standard IPv4 addresses look like right? Something like:

67.202.92.6

Now, you can see that the IP address is separated by 3 dots which basically split it into 4 sections i.e. AAA.BBB.CCC.DDD. And obviously, the C-Block of the IP address is the third number. And that is something very important when it comes to PBN sites.

The general rule is that you want to have, at least, unique C-Block IP addresses for your PBN sites. So what that means is that something like the following is not safe and private at all:

67.202.92.6

67.202.92.7

67.202.92.8

67.202.92.9

Right? You can see that that C-Block of the IP address is the same and that basically changes the word “private” in your PBN to the word “public”. So obviously, what we want is for our PBN sites to have at least unique C-Block IP addresses:

67.202.92.6

67.202.143.13

67.202.95.19

67.202.56.98

Of course, the best case scenario is for them to be completely unique, but, again, the general rule is that at the least your C-Block should be unique. Okay, now that we cleared that out of the way, let’s look at the three hosting options you have when it comes to private blog networks.

The 3 Types Of Hosting You Can Use For Your PBN Sites

Okay, so you’ve found some good expired domains for your PBN and now you are ready to setup websites on them and start building high quality backlinks from your PBN to your money sites. But where do you host all these beautiful domains at your disposal? Well, you basically have three options:

Let’s start with the first option you have and the one you just shouldn’t ever go with.

SEO Hosting For PBN Sites

Right from the get-go, I strongly emphasized on the fact that SEO hosting is a very bad approach for private blog networks. So why bother including it as an option? Because it amazes me how many people still go with this. I guess that’s the power of marketing eh?

Anyway, I can churn out a billion reasons why not to go with SEO hosting for your PBN sites, however, the easier thing to do would be for you to just trust me. I mean, SEO hosting specifically targets people who want to host websites for SEO purposes. So what that creates is a very bad neighborhood.

All of these SEOs that host their websites with SEO Hosting companies have their PBNs linking to money sites and not all of them know what they are doing so if someone screws something up, they may not be the only one taking a punishment from Google if you know what I mean.

Bottom line, just don’t go with SEO hosting. SEO hosting companies usually would have that exact same keyword in their title or slogan somewhere so beware. Moving on to option number 2 – cheap hosting.

Cheap Hosting For PBN Sites

As I mentioned a little bit above, this is the best option for small to medium-sized private blog networks. It is a little bit time consuming as you will have to setup accounts with many hosting companies, however, nowadays, all of them have created very easy to use platforms that require just a few clicks on your part so it shouldn’t be a lot of work for you to setup your PBN sites.

I want to just note here that some of these cheap hosting companies offer only full year plans for their shared hosting (which is what you want) and it does save you some money in the long run, but if you prefer monthly payments, then go with that. Here are some cheap hosting companies you can go with for your PBN sites:

And these are just 10 web hosting companies off the top of my head. There are many others you can find (if you need more) by simply looking at some web hosting review and ranking sites. And finally, let’s look at the third option you have when it comes to hosting your PBN sites – reseller hosting.

Reseller Hosting For PBN Sites

For those unaware, reseller hosting is basically the purchase of hosting from one company and then reselling it to other people – usually for a profit. So for instance, I could purchase the “Aluminum” reseller hosting plan from HostGator ($19,95/m) which gives me 60GB disk space, 600GB bandwidth, and unlimited domains.

And I can then use these resources to resell them to other people looking for cheap hosting and make easy profit. However, in the case of a PBN, obviously, we are not buying the reseller hosting for its general purpose, but rather, for the fact that it offers us exactly the things we need for PBN hosting – unique domains, a lot of space and bandwidth, and, in certain cases, unique C-Block IP addresses.

I said in certain cases because not all reseller hosting plans offer this feature and as we saw in section one of this article, we want our PBN sites to have at least unique C-Block IP addresses. So, if you decide to go with this approach, you need to first discuss your needs with the hosting company from which you plan on buying reseller hosting.

Now, a few important things to note about reseller hosting for PBN sites are:

So again, you need to know what you are doing if you decide to go with reseller hosting. Do your research beforehand, understand the general rules of PBN safety, and then decide on the best option for your PBN.

Summary

So to summarize what we covered in this PBN hosting article, all we need is just a single sentence. Make sure to use at the least unique C-Block IP addresses for each PBN site, do not use SEO hosting, use cheap hosting for small to medium sized private blog networks, and use reseller hosting for larger PBNs.

You do have the mixture option wherein you will mix cheap hosting with reseller hosting to make your PBN even safer, so do also take that into consideration when you are coming up with a plan for the hosting of your private blog network sites. You could host some chunk of the sites on a few reseller hosting accounts and then host the rest on cheap hosting accounts. But whatever you do, your number one priority should be safety and not money saving.
